Day 1 – Welcome to Bangkok!
Upon arrival in the vibrant city of Bangkok, you’ll be warmly welcomed and picked up by your driver for a comfortable transfer to your hotel. Once checked in and settled, the excitement of your Thai adventure begins.

In the evening, you’ll have an enchanting Chaophraya River voyage. Here, you’ll embark on an amazing dinner cruise experience, complete with live music performances. Enjoy a candlelit dinner featuring an international buffet that spans from appetizers to mouthwatering main courses, and delectable desserts. As you dine, take in the romantic atmosphere and be entertained by traditional Thai classical dancing and a live band. Day 2 – Exploring Bangkok’s Historic Treasures
Start your day with a visit to Wat Phra Kaew, the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, one of the most revered temples in Thailand. Adjacent to it is the Grand Palace, an architectural marvel and former royal residence that showcases the grandeur of Thai heritage. Next, head to Wat Pho, the largest temple in Bangkok, home to the impressive 46-meter-long reclining Buddha statue.

Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, savoring authentic Thai flavors. For a more modern shopping experience, explore the luxury malls such as Siam Paragon or CentralWorld. Alternatively, take a stroll through Lumpini Park for some relaxation, or visit the Jim Thompson House to learn about Thai silk history. The city is yours to discover!

Day 4 – Floating Markets and Train Adventures
Start your day with breakfast at your hotel in Bangkok before heading out to the famous Damnoen Saduak Floating Market. Experience the vibrant atmosphere as vendors sell a variety of goods from their small boats on the canal. We will even take a boat ride to explore the market further. Afterward, visit a nearby fruit farm to learn about local produce and sample fresh fruit.

Enjoy a delicious lunch, savoring authentic Thai cuisine. Then, head to the unique Maeklong Train Market, where vendors sell their goods right on the tracks of an active railway line. Witness the fascinating spectacle of vendors swiftly moving their wares to make way for the passing train before resuming their sales.

Continue your journey to Kanchanaburi, check into your hotel, and enjoy a relaxing evening at your leisure.

Day 5 – Natural Wonders and Historical Insights
Begin your day with a visit to the stunning Erawan Waterfall, one of Thailand’s most beautiful waterfalls. Enjoy trekking through its seven tiers and take a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters surrounded by lush nature.

Afterward, head to the historic Bridge over the River Kwai. Learn about its significant role in World War II and visit the nearby Kanchanaburi Cemetery and the Death Railway to gain deeper insights into the area’s poignant history. You’ll then return to your hotel in Kanchanaburi for a relaxing evening at your leisure.

Day 6 – Journey to Paradise
Start your day with a delicious breakfast at your hotel in Kanchanaburi before embarking on an exciting journey to the tropical paradise of Phuket. After a scenic flight, you’ll arrive at this stunning beach destination, ready to unwind and soak up the sun. Settle into your luxurious hotel and prepare for the blissful beach days ahead.

Day 7 – Phi Phi Island Escape
Experience the stunning beauty of Phi Phi Island on an unforgettable day of exploration. Begin with a refreshing snack and a variety of drinks before setting off by boat to the enchanting Pileh Lagoon, where you can swim and jump into the emerald waters surrounded by majestic limestone cliffs. After a delicious lunch at a beachside restaurant on Phi Phi Don Island, enjoy some free time to soak up the sun or stroll along the beach. Continue the adventure with a visit to Monkey Beach, where you can snap photos and enjoy swimming and snorkeling. Finally, unwind on the pristine sands of Khai Nai Island before returning to Phuket, filled with unforgettable memories of your island escapade.

Day 8 – Free Day in Paradise
Enjoy a leisurely day in Phuket, where you can relax on Patong, Karon, or Kata Beach, or embark on an adventure with snorkeling at Coral Island. Explore the vibrant streets of Old Phuket Town, visit the Big Buddha, or indulge in a traditional Thai massage at a local spa.

Day 9 – Farewell
All great things must come to an end, but only until our next LNT experience. You will be transferred to Phuket International Airport (HKT) Airport, where you’ll bid your “safe travels” to your new LNT friends and “goodbye” to Thailand!

This 9-day Thailand adventure is curated particularly for those who desire to immerse themselves in the vibrant culture, stunning landscapes, and exquisite cuisine of Thailand. Here are a few particulars to know: The journey is set at a moderately active level, offering a blend of sightseeing, leisurely activities, and opportunities for adventure. Notably, there is a trek to the stunning Erawan Waterfall, which features seven tiers; guests can choose how many tiers to climb, making it accessible for various fitness levels. We encourage participants to assess their comfort with moderate physical activity to enjoy this enriching experience fully.

Accommodations
This journey presents two accommodation choices: double occupancy and single occupancy (limited availability). Should you choose double occupancy as a solo traveler, we will pair you with another esteemed member of LuxNomad Travels based on your preferences. For those traveling with a companion, kindly notify us during the registration process so we can ensure you are accommodated together.

Opting for a single-occupancy room (at an additional charge) is available, but please be aware that these spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Airfare

This trip requires arrival and departure from two different airports. You will need to book your incoming flight into either Bangkok’s Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and depart from Phuket International Airport (HKT). Please note that international airfare is not included in the package, and all guests are responsible for securing their own flights. However, our team is here to support you every step of the way to ensure your travel aligns seamlessly with the trip’s itinerary. The domestic flight from Bangkok to Phuket is included in the package, as well as transfers for both incoming and outgoing flights.

For a smooth travel experience, complete airport and flight information will be provided upon trip registration. To ensure all arrangements go smoothly, we kindly request that you wait to book your flights until receiving guidance from our team.

Meals

Most meals (8 breakfasts, 3 lunches, and 2 dinners) are included on your trip. Unless stated otherwise, all meals include water and/or soft drinks. Alcohol beverages are not included in any meals.

Tips: Gratuities Not Included
Kindly note that gratuities are not included in the overall trip cost. We recommend budgeting an additional $100 to $150 to cover tips during your journey.

If you are uncomfortable with tipping waitstaff, guides, and all those who have been selected to enhance your journey, this destination might not align with your travel preferences. Activities

We have carefully designed this experience for those who appreciate a blend of leisure and activity. While relaxation is woven into our itinerary, the majority of our activities fall under the category of “moderately active.” Participants must be physically capable of walking a minimum of 5 miles per day without assistance. Please note that opting out of any activity or segment of the trip will not warrant a refund. Your well-being and enjoyment are our priorities, and we look forward to offering a balanced and fulfilling adventure.

Travel Documents

Passport
Guests are required to hold a passport for all international trips with at least six months of validity from the last day of the trip. The airlines may deny travel, and the passport officials may refuse entry if you try to travel with a passport that expires under six months. LNT will make every effort to verify passport validity; however, this is the responsibility of the guest.

Visa
For U.S. citizens, a visa is not required for stays in Thailand of up to 30 days for tourism purposes. You may be asked to show proof of onward travel.

Travel Insurance
LNT does not require guests to hold travel protection/trip insurance, however, we do highly recommend it.

Travel insurance/trip protection is a type of short-term insurance that protects the financial investment in a trip and may include coverage for lost baggage, trip cancellation, flight accidents, and/or other losses incurred before or while traveling. Should your trip be canceled or interrupted for a covered reason, a travel insurance policy will reimburse you for the eligible pre-paid and non-refundable portions of your trip.

We hope that all of our guests can accompany us on this experience. Unfortunately, circumstances can arise that could cause you to cancel or interrupt your trip. We understand how disappointing it is to be forced to cancel your trip prior to departing. To avoid financial and emotional anxiety, we recommend guests purchase travel insurance immediately upon registration. Whichever insurance provider you pick, be sure to inquire about their “cancel for any reason” policy.

LNT is not responsible for medical expenses accrued while abroad should an incident occur.

Trip Payment & Payment Plans
Each trip and destination is specially curated and therefore offers a unique payment plan. If you are unable to pay the full amount upfront, monthly payments are available. Just secure your trip with your down payment and then the remaining payments start the following month on the same day of each month.

Refund & Cancellation Policy All guests (with the exception of special promotion bookings) have 24 hours from the time of booking to cancel a trip for a full refund. After the 24-hour booking period, all trip deposits are non-refundable.

Any cancellation of a booking by a guest must be delivered to LNT in writing and be acknowledged by LNT in writing. For an abundance of clarity and to avoid any miscommunication, we will not consider a reservation canceled until we receive an email from you. In the unfortunate circumstance that you need to cancel your trip, based on the date you notify us by email of the cancellation, we will refund the balance, less the deposit and the following fees per trip:

Special Deposit Promotion: All trip sales are final. New registrations made during any $99 or half-off deposit offer are ineligible for a refund/trip transfer. All payments made are nonrefundable.

Although we recommend travel insurance to ensure you are protected in the event of a medical or family emergency we encourage you to opt for the “cancel for any reason” coverage, specifically. Should you need to recover any of your non-refundable expenses, you can file a claim with your travel insurance.
